    •️ Engineering Test Technician – Aerospace Electronics🛠️

     

    Join a team that supports mission-critical aerospace systems for Boeing, Airbus, and Apache Helicopters.

     

    We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Test Technician to perform electrical testing, repair, and component-level troubleshooting

     

    of advanced temperature control and deicing systems.

     

    • Location: Plainview, NY

    • Pay Rate: $25/hour

    • Schedule: Full-time | Flexible Work Schedule Available

    • Top 3 Must-Haves:

    + 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician in aerospace or military electronics (OR formal military electronics training or an Associate’s/Technology degree in Electrical Engineering)

    + Proficiency with test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, function generators

    + Strong understanding of electrical circuits and the ability to read and interpret schematics

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform component-level troubleshooting on complex military and aerospace electronics.

    + Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and function generators.

    + Interpret and work from electrical schematics and blueprints.

    + Accurately complete data sheets, document non-conformances, and maintain detailed test records.

    + Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve test procedures.

    • Additional Qualifications:

    + Ability to clearly document test results and write up non-conformances.

    + Experience working with temperature control and deicing systems is a plus.

    + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
