Job Title: Process TechnicianJob Description

Join a leading manufacturer in the commercial faucet industry, known for its dedication to quality and rapid delivery. Located within a 350-mile radius of the corporate office, our manufacturing, research, and development facilities offer unparalleled control over product quality. We are seeking a Process Technician to enhance our production processes and drive efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

+ Respond immediately to production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

+ Maintain equipment by adhering to preventive maintenance schedules.

+ Evaluate processes for potential efficiency improvements, focusing on optimizing performance.

+ Analyze processes to identify and implement quality improvements.

+ Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for quality issues.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production goals.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.

+ Proficiency in root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.

+ Understanding of preventative maintenance and quality improvement strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ An Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Technology, or Engineering is preferred but not required.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment.

+ Experience with process and quality improvement efforts, including lean, kaizen, time studies, and waste/scrap reduction.

+ Familiarity with generic coding/programming.

Work Environment

The role involves overseeing test equipment such as air and flow machines, and equipment used in assembly, primarily light industrial equipment. The position is part of a two-person maintenance team, consisting of one maintenance technician and one process technician.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
