    Day Shift Porter Needed!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated porter to visit assigned properties each day throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. This role requires operating machinery to maintain cleanliness and safety.

    Responsibilities

    + Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas.

    + Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal effectively.

    + Operate a leaf blower to assist in cleaning tasks.

    + Operate a power washer.

    + Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises, including parking lots and landscaping.

    + Perform other exterior cleaning tasks as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor, cleaning, janitorial duties, and industrial cleaning.

    + Proficiency in using power tools and custodial equipment.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

    + Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    + Understanding and adherence to basic safety precautions, rules, and regulations.

    + Proven track record of reliability and independence.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in housekeeping, construction, and use of hand tools.

    Work Environment

     

    Work outdoors with actual hours varying based on schedule. You will be assigned multiple work sites each day throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Recommended attire includes boots or rain boots and weather-appropriate clothing.

    This position is based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
