• Quality Control Technician

    Job Title: Quality Control Technician

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with the Quality Manager to uphold quality standards across the manufacturing facility.

    + Conduct regular inspections on the shop floor to verify product quality and compliance with standards.

    + Work closely with floor associates; assemblers, operators, and welders to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.

    + Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators.

    + Read and interpret blueprints

    + Communicate effectively with production-level associates to identify and resolve quality issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong mathematical skills, comfortable with algebra.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes.

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted repeatedly throughout shifts.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Experience with precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.

    + Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing quality inspection is a major plus.

    + Familiarity with CMM and Faro Arm technologies.

    + Understanding of shop math and close tolerances.

    The facility operates on a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm,

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
