Job Title: Lead Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Lead Coordinator to support a dynamic team of over 100 employees. You will work during the first shift from 6 am to 1 pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In this role, you will monitor attendance and encourage employees to maintain focus and productivity on the manufacturing floor. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees and floor supervisors, performing floor walks, meeting with managers, and communicating key information to leadership. You will also conduct weekly check-ins with new hires and address their questions.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor employee attendance and encourage productivity on the manufacturing floor.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for employees and floor supervisors.
+ Perform floor walks and meet with managers to convey information to leadership.
+ Conduct weekly check-ins for new hires and address their inquiries.
+ Resolve conflicts and track performance metrics.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and production floor safety standards.
Essential Skills
+ Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
+ Experience with attendance tracking software.
+ Strong employee relations and management skills.
+ Proficiency in conflict resolution.
+ Excel data entry and Outlook proficiency.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
+ Ability to remain calm and focused during unexpected challenges.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in customer service and computer data entry.
+ Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
+ Personable and able to work independently.
+ Excellent time management skills.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
