Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is essential to ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and on time. There are openings on 1st/2nd and 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

+ Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

+ Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

+ Package and label products for shipment.

+ Assist with inventory counts and material handling.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ Stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

+ Use of hands and tools to operate machinery.

Work Environment:

+ Fast-paced manufacturing floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
