    What You’ll Be Doing

    As a key part of our production team, you’ll:

    + Assemble barring on blades with precision and care

    + Operate a mini press to attach hubs to blades

    + Inspect parts to ensure top-notch quality

    + Store finished products and help prepare them for shipment

    What You Bring to the Table

    + Experience in general labor or production environments

    + Comfortable using hand and power tools

    + Strong attention to detail and quality control

    + Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

    + Physically able to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift 40–50 lbs

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
