    Now Hiring: Line Leader – 1st - $20/HR

    Are you ready to take charge and lead a high-performing team? As a Line Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth, safe, and efficient production line. With a team of fewer than 10 employees, your leadership will make a direct impact every day.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead daily startup meetings and motivate your team.

    + Ensure proper PPE use and break schedules.

    + Prioritize production loads using FIFO, “Hots,” and “Aged” systems.

    + Keep the line organized, clean, and running smoothly.

    + Train new hires and support team development.

    + Operate forklifts (a plus!) and manage materials flow.

    + Communicate with other shift leaders for seamless transitions.

    + Forklift experience is a bonus!

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
