Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled electronic maintenance technician to work on electrical machines equipped with 3-phase motors. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of systems and requires a strong understanding of electronic maintenance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical machines with 3-phase motors.
+ Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
+ Work with PLC control systems and perform PLC troubleshooting.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide maintenance activities.
+ Perform welding tasks as required to support maintenance operations.
+ Ensure HVAC systems are functioning correctly through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
+ Electrical maintenance expertise with 3-phase motors.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ Knowledge of PLC control systems and experience in PLC troubleshooting.
+ Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics systems maintenance.
+ Skill in conducting preventive maintenance activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in HVAC maintenance.
+ Welding skills.
+ Ability to work effectively within a 2-2-3 schedule.
+ Training available Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.

Work Environment
This role operates within a manufacturing environment where wires for building products are produced. Employees work on a 2-2-3 schedule and receive training Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts. The work environment requires adherence to safety standards and protocols, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of all maintenance tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dickson, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
