We are looking for **dedicated Electrical Helper Technicians** to join our team as an **apprentice** , assisting in commercial projects across the DSM Metro area. What You’ll Be Doing:

• **Install & repair commercial electrical systems** following industry codes and regulations.

• **Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics** to ensure precise installations.

• **Work with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment** to complete projects effectively.

• **Climb ladders, use lifts safely, and follow PPE requirements** for all on-site work.

• **Work Monday-Friday** with occasional overtime opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

•️ **1+ years of electrical or 1.5+ years of construction experience**

•️ **Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment**

•️ **Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation**

•️ **Ability to lift 35-50 lbs consistently throughout the day**

•️ **Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills**

•️ **1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year electrical apprentices preferred**

Work Environment and Schedule:

• **Reliable transportation required** —we always **start on time** !

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
