Production Supervisor Secondary Description: Process coach position to manage and lead a production team in a Stamping production environment. Candidate must be able to manage all aspects of business in relation to Safety, Cost and Quality. Candidate will need to be able to work in a team orientated UAW environment. Candidate will need to operate in a digital environment where required. Skills Required:

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Manage the day to day production operations while maintaining strict controls over process and procedure

Lead hourly team in daily operations

(Oversee all staffing issues-attendance, vacation, daily assignment, etc

Develop and implement projects to improve overall operating metrics and reduce budget expense

Develop strong working relationship with UAW counterparts

Implement Continuous Improvement culture with hourly staff

Develop and Lead all safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment for all

Actively participate in developing a safety culture that maintains a zero incident mindset

Proactively address all safety concerns in an expedient manner

Work with salary and hourly teams to improve safety culture and adherence to safety guidelines

Maintain and develop strong Quality Procedures to ensure the facility is functioning at highest levels

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.38 - $32.44/hr.
