Job Title: Service Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Manager to join our team for construction and service projects based in Savannah, Georgia. This position is responsible for scheduling, leading, estimating, quoting, customer communication, and onsite tasks. Electrical experience and leadership experience are mandatory. The role requires understanding and working in accordance with relevant codes, involving technical application of electrical principles. Work will be completed both in the office and onsite.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage commercial electrical work, including hotel, multifamily, or service projects.

+ Communicate effectively with clients and employees.

+ Estimate and quote for projects.

+ Run and oversee jobs.

+ Provide leadership and development for team members.

+ Use computers for email and internal systems.

+ Log all information and emails and utilize the internal system.

+ Ensure adherence to electrical codes.

+ Read and interpret blueprints.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in commercial electrical work (full scope for hotels, service, or equivalent).

+ Proficiency in quoting and customer service.

+ Leadership and scheduling skills.

+ Understanding electrical codes.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

+ Computer literacy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Journeyman or equivalent status.

+ Experience in managing or leading projects.

+ Commitment to continuous learning and development of others.

+ Skill in troubleshooting, conduit bending, cable repair, electrical wiring, and switchgear.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
