    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking four dedicated production team members for our East Moline, IL location. As a production associate, you will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, including tasks such as pulling copper tubing and pipes, preparing shipments, and ensuring products are packaged safely and accurately. Your work will support shipments to major retailers, contributing to a well-organized and efficient warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    + Move pipes to designated pick locations.

    + Pull orders accurately for shipment.

    + Bar code and label pipes efficiently.

    + Bundle and wrap pipes for protection.

    + Cut pipes according to specified cut sheets.

    + Segregate and identify scrap materials.

    + Wrap products securely for shipment.

    + Unload trucks as needed.

    + Load outbound shipments promptly.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and general labor.

    + Proficiency with hand tools and machine operating.

    + Knowledge of inventory management.

    + Skills in loading and unloading shipments.

    + Experience in shipping and receiving processes.

    + Ability to assemble and label products.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to perform packaging tasks effectively.

Upon completion of training, typically within 1-3 weeks, you may become eligible for production incentives, with tiered bonuses available.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a non-climate controlled environment where conditions can vary from hot in the summer to cold in the winter months. The noise level is generally quiet but can become moderate to loud depending on department activities and tool usage.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, Illinois.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
