    Job Title: Forklift Operator $19-22/HR

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts safely and professionally, with a focus on accident-free performance.

    + Maintain and clean forklifts regularly.

    + Track inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensure accurate data entry.

    + Load and unload transport vehicles during seed delivery and return seasons.

    + Perform manual tasks such as inventory sampling and warehouse cleaning.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

    + Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to count inventory accurately.

    + Ability to read scales and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

    + Comfortable operating forklifts in confined spaces.

    + Effective verbal and written communication in English.

    + Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to seasonal schedules.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + At least 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience.

    + Prior forklift certification.

    + Reliable transportation and ability to pass compliance checks.

    + Positive attitude, honesty, and respect for team members.

    Work Schedule

    + Rotating shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (up to 10–12 hours/day).

    + Schedules may include Sunday–Thursday or Saturday–Friday.

    + 2-3-2 rotation depending on the season.

    + Shift differentials apply for hours worked between 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
