Job Title: Friday-Sunday Production Line Associate (Days)
Job Description
The Production Line Associate position is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, meeting company production, budgetary, quality, safety, and waste goals. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the associate must remain attentive to their surroundings while maintaining a steady pace on a continuously moving production line. This role requires multitasking abilities and adaptability to various work assignments. The associate must keep their work area clean, adhere to safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet production standards, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for line set-up, product changeovers, and package size changes.
+ Operate processing, filling, and packaging production line equipment.
+ Perform quality inspections of products and packs, including visual checks of raw material, caps, labels, date codes, weights, packaging, and seals.
+ Monitor work activities of line team to ensure effective operation of the production line and minimize downtime.
+ Process required inventory control transactions using SAP and accurately complete necessary paperwork.
+ Perform allergen clean-up and daily housekeeping duties.
+ Assist in training employees on the operation of line equipment and company processes.
+ Help and develop team members.
+ Be dependable and take pride in your work.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and write clearly and effectively.
+ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
+ Industrial or production experience.
+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts on feet, maintaining attentiveness to machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in warehouse production, loading, warehouse packing, and troubleshooting.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, air-conditioned, and indoors, with a distinctive seasoning aroma. Employees must wear PPE to comply with food manufacturing safety standards. Shifts are from Friday to Sunday, working 36 hours across 12-hour shifts but compensated for 40 hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
