    Job Title: Production Worker

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect panels or parts to ensure they meet quality and production standards.

    + Read and follow Manufacturing Operating Procedures or Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.

    + Use banding equipment and hand-jacks for proper movement or storage of products.

    + Position materials in machines or conveyors in the prescribed manner.

    + Perform trimming, indexing, or cutting as required.

    + Report any quality issues, unsafe acts, or equipment problems to supervisors.

    + Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hand tools and tape measure.

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

    + Capability to lift between 15 to 45 lbs. continuously for an 8-hour shift.

    + Ability to work in areas with non-hazardous airborne particles with provided PPE.

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with power tools and machine operation is a plus.

    + Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments is beneficial.

    + Ability to interface with a diverse workforce.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.75/hr.
