    Job Title: Electrical Production Assembler in Midland Texas

     

    $51/hr total pay package----> $27/hr with $192 per day in perdiem

    Job Description

    Join our team to perform manual labor on a production line, assembling parts for satellite systems. This role involves hands-on assembly and sorting of materials in a collaborative production environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Work as part of a production team to assemble parts.

    + Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.

    + Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly parts.

    + Use various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment.

    + Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.

    + Pack, seal, and move boxes.

    + Pick up, move, and sort small parts.

    + Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and blueprint reading.

    + Experience with wiring and avionics.

    + Bench work and electronics skills.

    + Ability to handle electrical and electronic components.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Associates degree or certificate in a technical area preferred.

    + Experience in assembly or manufacturing.

    + High aptitude for working with small electronics, including soldering of small electrical components or mechanical equipment.

    + Experience in the space or aeronautical field.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean room environment with all bench work. The role requires a focus on precision and attention to detail in a controlled setting.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
