    Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service commercial office buildings and warehouses in the surrounding towns of Brookfield, CT. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and ensuring optimal functionality of HVAC systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Service and maintain HVAC systems in commercial office buildings and warehouses.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.

    + Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure longevity and efficiency.

    + Install new HVAC systems and components as required.

    + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience as an HVAC service technician.

    + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
