Tool and Die Maker - Full Benefits- Will pay up to $45/hr.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team in creating and repairing injection mold dies. This role involves a variety of tasks, including Mastercam programming, setting up and running Haas Mills, and working within EDM Machines. Responsibilities
+ Build molds, fixtures, or related tools and complete tooling repairs and revisions.
+ Set up and operate toolroom equipment needed to build, repair, revise, and service molds, fixtures, and related tools in a correct and timely manner.
+ Proficiently program, set up, and operate CNC machines using Mastercam.
+ Ensure assigned projects are completed within quoted time and material limits and communicate any expected delays, problems, or budget variances.
+ Complete and maintain department-related paperwork or electronic data orderly and timely.
+ Plan and layout work from CAD models and drawings.
+ Design and create CAD models or drawings for mold components and related tools as needed.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical mold problems.
+ Prepare tooling components for outside vendor services.
+ Order components for departmental needs as requested.
Essential Skills
+ Tool and die making experience.
+ Mill programming, CNC programming, and CNC mill programming proficiency.
+ Mastercam programming expertise.
+ Ability to build, repair, revise, and service plastic injection molds, fixtures, and related tools.
+ Experience in plastic injection molding, tooling, machining, and die repair.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $87360.00/yr.
