Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
The General Production Worker will perform essential general labor tasks around the shop, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform basic general labor duties around the shop.
+ Overhead crane operation
+ Sweep and clean shop areas.
+ Wipe dried paint off steel surfaces.
+ Remove burs from steel fabricators.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in general labor tasks.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping and cleaning.
+ Familiarity with handling steel materials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of laborer experience, preferably in a construction or steel environment.
Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, leading to extremely hot conditions in the summer and extremely cold conditions in the winter.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
