    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician responsible for preparing and inspecting printing plates and screens for production. This role involves using a computerized system to load output files, handling materials and components, mixing and toning spot colors, and managing ink inventory through the ERP system. The technician will also assemble job components, perform outgoing quality checks during production, and assist in various aspects of production.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare and inspect printing plates and screens for production.

    + Use computerized systems to load output files into the computer.

    + Handle materials and components effectively.

    + Mix and tone spot colors and ensure accurate matches.

    + Maintain inventory control of inks through the ERP system.

    + Assemble job components efficiently.

    + Conduct outgoing quality checks during production.

    + Assist in all other aspects of production as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Production and machine operation experience.

    + Exposure to assembly line processes.

    + Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food and beverage industries.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
