    Job Title: Entry Level Warehouse Driver

    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a box truck to deliver clean and new linen and towels to our clients, which include hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, spas, and more. The Warehouse Driver will spend 60-70% of their day driving, picking up old and used linen from loading docks, and loading the trucks with large laundry carts. After completing their pick-up route, they will drive to the facility to drop off and unload the old and used linen and towels.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a box truck to deliver clean and new linen and towels to clients.

    + Pick up old and used linen from loading docks and load trucks with large laundry carts.

    + Drive to the facility to drop off and unload old and used linen and towels.

    + Assist with cleaning the warehouse/facility during downtime.

    + Help load old and used linen and towels into heavy-duty industrial washing machines and dryers.

    + Assist laundry attendants with various tasks, including operating machines that iron clean linen.

    + Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pick-ups.

    + Maintain a clean and organized truck and workspace.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience driving a box truck.

    + Good driving record; must provide a copy of DMV driving record for points check.

    + Ability to pass a DBIDS check if required for base access.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to lift and move heavy laundry carts and linen.

    + Excellent time management and communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2-3+ years of box truck driving experience

    + 2-3+ years of warehouse experience

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
