    General Labor - Maintenance Crew - Hiring Immediately!

     

    **Pay:** $25-$27/hour

    **Locations:** 45 minute radius of Marlborough, MA

    Job Description

    We are looking for two candidates to join our site maintenance crew for the summer. You will be responsible for basic groundskeeping tasks and vegetation maintenance on the solar site. This is a seasonal role starting in early June, but candidates who perform well will be asked to return the next season.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect rights-of-way, identify vegetation concerns, and prioritize maintenance activities.

    + Perform manual and mechanical vegetation control to maintain clearances around critical infrastructure.

    + Utilize equipment such as weed whackers.

    + Follow safety guidelines and document work progress accurately.

    + Collaborate with teams, participate in training, and support emergency response efforts.

    + Maintain tools and equipment, and promote safety and environmental stewardship.

    Requirements

    + Reliable transportation.

    + Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
