Job Title: CNC Programmer

Starting Pay: $30-38/hr ( depending on skill/ experience)

Shift: 1st 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

+ Work from drawings to perform CNC programming tasks.

+ Gather required materials and components for tasks.

+ Load and unload equipment and position work area.

+ Set parameters for milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring operations.

+ Utilize gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure products meet tolerance levels.

+ Coordinate with machinists to optimize operations.

Essential Skills

+ 5 years of CNC Machining Experience - Lathe and Mill

+ Ability to read and understand G Code and M Code

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints

+ Experience with measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers

+ Familiarity with 3D CAD/CAM software

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Fanuc control systems

+ Troubleshooting and changeover capabilities

+ Machine operation and machining expertise

Work Environment

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, currently working nine-hour shifts, with no weekend work required. The machine shop is climate-controlled and housed in a facility that is only one year old, offering a comfortable and modern work setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
