    JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing full administrative support to an executive of the company.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Execute administrative tasks related to managing an executive’s calendar and SharePoint obligations

    • Schedule and facilitate appointments, conference calls and videoconferences

    • Assist with creating and maintaining records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents

    • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including site reservations, invitations, logistics, agenda and food/beverage

    • Prepare for meetings and special events, including planning and organizing materials

    • Apply customary business etiquette to managing visitors, and telephone and email communications

    • Coordinate department records within the company’s time management system as needed

    • Liaise with Human Resource department personnel regarding recruiting needs and issues, and execute corresponding Workforce Management procedures

    • Manage accessibility of executive per established protocols

    • Assist with internal and external, domestic and international communications

    • Process complex travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas

    • Prepare and manage expense reports as requested

    • Assist with the employee performance evaluation process as needed

    • Conduct research using the Internet, publications, and other data sources

    • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma

    • 2 to 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to prioritize, anticipate and take initiative, and to work independently or collaboratively as needed to complete a wide variety of assignments

    • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite of products

    • Aptitude for computer applications and mobile phone apps

    • Integrity, and the ability to deal with highly sensitive information

    • Hands on experience with general office machines and equipment

    SHIFT/SITE:

    Monday-Friday

     

    Office Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

    WAGE DISCLOSURE:

    The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

     

    The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.

     

    $60,500 - $70,000 annually
