Responsibilities:
Project Leadership in Marketing: Take ownership of and implement marketing activities, special offers, and location-specific programs from their initial stages through completion, ensuring they meet business goals and schedules.
Communication and Material Development: Craft clear and persuasive communication for offers, seasonal events, and in-location marketing to encourage customer interaction.
On-Site Marketing Management: Direct the creation and deployment of in-store signage, menu layouts, and other visual marketing elements to support limited-time offers, promotions, and brand-building activities.
External Partnership and Digital Engagement: Identify, collaborate with, and oversee relationships with key individuals and social media activities to broaden brand visibility and encourage customer visits.
Offer and Activity Implementation: Support the creation and launch of promotional activities, working with internal departments and external partners to achieve maximum impact.
Marketing Material Coordination: Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce marketing assets, ensuring a consistent brand expression in terms of voice, visuals, and overall feel.
Internal Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with operational and regional teams to guarantee the successful implementation of marketing programs within restaurant locations.
Results Analysis and Future Optimization: Examine the performance of marketing activities and customer interaction data, using insights to refine future marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
A four-year degree in marketing, communications, or a similar area of study.
At least five years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the food service, retail, or lodging sectors.
Proven ability to lead marketing projects, having successfully implemented marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Experience developing and executing influencer outreach and social media initiatives.
Familiarity with marketing strategies within physical locations and techniques to enhance customer interaction.
Capacity to work effectively with various internal and external parties and manage several concurrent projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Marketing Campaign Management: The ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and promotions from start to finish.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and experience managing marketing projects, ensuring they align with objectives and timelines.
Messaging Strategy: Skill in developing clear, compelling, and effective messaging for various marketing initiatives.
Content Strategy: Ability to create and guide the development of engaging content that supports marketing goals.
In-Restaurant Marketing: Understanding and experience in managing marketing efforts within physical restaurant locations, including signage and menu design.
Influencer Marketing: Proficiency in identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with influencers.
Social Media Management: Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns and activations.
Promotional Campaign Execution: Ability to support the development and rollout of effective promotional campaigns.
Creative Asset Coordination: Skill in working with creative teams to produce marketing materials that maintain brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various internal teams (e.g., operations, field teams).
Agency Management: Experience in collaborating with and managing external agency partners.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Performance Analysis: Skill in tracking and analyzing campaign performance and guest engagement metrics.
Data-Driven Insights: Ability to derive actionable insights from data to optimize future marketing efforts.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for internal and external interactions.
Creative Storytelling: Skill in crafting engaging and persuasive narratives to connect with the target audience.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of organization.
Creativity: Capacity to generate innovative and effective marketing ideas.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and accuracy in managing marketing activities and materials.
