Looking ahead, ELC is expecting Online to be the top contributor to overall growth, in tandem with Global Travel Retail. Launched in 1996, ELC's Online business was a trailblazer in the sector and its forward thinking approach to digital channels has driven outstanding growth and reach for the brands.
Working hand⁃in⁃hand with the brands, this role owns the full P&L for the growing 2.2 billion channel, globally. The Online team is comprised of regional and dedicated brand leaders who team with their respective counterparts yet own the e⁃commerce P&Ls for each division. This position also directly manages Omnichannel, Technology and Analytics. Significant growth opportunities exist in accelerating owned e⁃commerce channels, e⁃tailer partnerships and third party platforms. This is a defining opportunity for a tested general manager who is prepared to drive innovation and meaningful growth within one of world's highest performing companies today
Qualifications
+ A true cross⁃functional leader
+ Full P&L responsibility of an online business of relevant size, scale (>$2B), complexity and high⁃growth trajectory
+ Ability to connect, synchronize and align the integrated commercial requirements of the on⁃line channel with those of physical multi⁃channel
+ A growth⁃focused Digital expert with a record of thought leadership in e⁃commerce
+ Technically astute and current on business/technology enablers, ideally has managed the technology infrastructure of an online e⁃commerce platform
+ Has built e⁃commerce strategies and digital experiences that support winning brands and a high⁃touch consumer experience
+ Experience with a growing portfolio of brands and products
+ Has managed multiple, complex internal relationships with diverse brand groups
+ Experience across international markets, with regional and global scope, depth in Asia and China is particularly helpful
+ Ideally has lived and working in multiple regions
+ A people leader who engages internal and external stakeholders across the global enterprise
+ Organizational Savvy to operate in a global, multi⁃brand, multi⁃channel matrix
+ Possesses a key for talent, genuinely invested in people and talent development
