CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer Cloud Integration for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Duration:** 7 months

Duties:

+ Plan, manage, and execute the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud (SaaS).

+ Analyze and document current configurations, architecture, and customizations.

+ Use Atlassian-supported tools such as Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant for transition planning and execution.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to assess third-party plugin usage and ensure compatibility with Atlassian Cloud.

+ Handle user management tasks, including SSO and identity provider integrations (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).

+ Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.

+ Ensure post-migration support and optimization of Atlassian Cloud environment.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to ensure a smooth migration process.

Skills:

+ Proven experience in migrating Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.

+ Deep understanding of Jira and Confluence architecture, configurations, and administration.

+ Proficiency with Atlassian migration tools.

+ Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud features, limitations, and best practices.

+ Familiarity with third-party plugins and their compatibility in cloud environments.

+ Strong user management experience, especially with SSO and identity provider integrations.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience:

+ Mandatory experience in migrating Jira and Confluence to Atlassian Cloud.

+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Atlassian products in enterprise environments.

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
