Your Key Responsibilities

+ Continuously improve, develop, and adjust the Schaeffler production system for the assigned area of the organization.

+ Define and implement measures to achieve high productivity in the company's core and support production processes.

+ Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making.

+ Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.

+ Assist in aligning capacity demand, budget, and investment projects to ensure operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field

+ 3+ years of industrial engineering or related experience

+ Knowledge in production system development and improvement

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing productivity

+ Ability to contribute to strategic planning and engineering strategy development

+ Knowledge in managing capacity demand, budgets, and investment projects

+ Excellent communication skills for efficient collaboration across teams

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
