Your Key Responsibilities

+ Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.

+ Develop, validate and implement production technologies.

+ Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.

+ Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.

+ Validate machines and tools.

+ Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).

Your Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field1 year of relevant experience

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

+ Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

+ Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities.

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred

+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments.

+ Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
