Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Electronic Data Interchange/ Electronic Remittance Advice Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes within Electronic Data Interchange clearinghouses.

Responsibilities

+ Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

+ Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines.

+ Monitor Accounts: Investigate and resolve enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers.

+ Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process.

+ Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups.

+ Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department.

Qualifications

+ In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process.

+ Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

+ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

+ Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

+ Self-Motivation: Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting.

+ Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar etc.).

+ Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

+ Detail-oriented and meticulous.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
