Position Overview:

This role begins as a **non-CDL** position, with a clear path toward obtaining a **CDL** and earning additional pay increases. The position involves a mix of driving, delivery, maintenance, and yard work to support our operations.

Compensation:

+ **Pay Range:** $20 - $22/hour + $5,000 Stay on Bonus!

+ **Growth Opportunity:** Potential for a **CDL upgrade** with additional pay increases

Responsibilities:

+ Operate a **box truck** for designated routes **Monday – Wednesday**

+ Deliver and remove **containers** as scheduled

+ Clean and maintain **containers** to company standards

+ Perform **basic maintenance and repairs** on containers, including cleanup of work areas

+ Conduct **general yard maintenance and cleanup** to ensure a safe and organized workspace
