    The opportunity

     

    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Baristas to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating team members and customers, and making beverages to brand specifications.     Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

    $17.00 - $17.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.

    + Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.

    + Assist in opening or closing of the location.

    + Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment.

    + Record all transactions via the point of sale system; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.

    + Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.

    Physical requirements

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.

    + Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.

    + Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
