    Delaware North Sportservice is hiring **a** part-time Bar Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. This bar is located at the North Station MBTA Commuter Rail platform within TD Garden. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

    Pay

    $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training

    + Assist with bartending shifts as necessary

    + Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations

    + Manage labor and profit loss

    + Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift

    + Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

    More about you

    + 1-2 years bartending experience required

    + Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred

    + Must be able to implement rules and direct employees

    + A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

    + Minimum 18 years of age

    Physical requirements

    + Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

    + Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

    + May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
