We are currently looking for a **Housekeeping Technician** to join our team in **Broussard, LA.** This position will assist the operations team with meeting delivery timelines by completing final cleaning procedures prior to shipment. They will also complete the last set of hospitality quality checks for all units prior to being deployed/delivered. This position is responsible for the “first impressions” that our customers receive on a newly delivered unit. Would you like to become a part of our team?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Sorts, folds, or carries linens.
+ Replenishes supplies in HB Rentals fleet to prepare unit for upcoming job.
+ Moves furniture, cleans upholstered furniture and draperies, dusts furniture, washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
+ Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
+ Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
+ Replenishes bathroom supplies and replaces light bulbs.
+ Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures during the course of work.
+ Ensures full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
+ Dresses and interacts with others in a professional manner.
+ Performs any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.
Essential Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
+ Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of proper use and safety standards in regards to cleaning products and chemicals necessary to perform the job.
+ Must pass a physical, agility testing, and drug and alcohol screen
