    What you can expect from this role

    + 27 bed unit with 5 chest pain beds

    + Pediatric Level 2 Trauma Center

    + Team-based nursing model (1:4-6 ratio)

    + Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks

    + Dedicated ED pharmacist and 24-hour social worker

    + Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure

    + Safe working environment reinforced by all team members

    + Work as Team Lead ED RN, but expertise in Mental Health

    + May do chart audits for restraint documentation

    + Certification pay available

    + Additional PTO for night shift offered

    + **Full-time (0.9 FTE), night shift opening; 1930-0800. Will have 12 hours of admin time/month**

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree

    + Experience: 3 years' RN experience; Emergency and Behavioral Health nursing experience highly preferred

    + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
