    Trust Analyst II- Trust Real EstateThe Trust Analyst II is responsible for performing analytical functions designed to meet the needs of the Trust Specialty Asset Management Real Estate Unit. This includes real property asset performance analysis and tracking, support to asset managers, process enhancements and overall customer service.Position CompetenciesSuccessful incumbents possess integrity and trust, listening skills, problem solving skills, are focused on the customer and have a drive for results.Position Responsibilities: Actively support assigned asset managers with their trust-owned real property portfolios. Analyze asset performance and make recommendations for asset protection and maintenance. Compile, review, and analyze the departmental reporting, and submit with the appropriate authorities by established deadlines. Review and analyze unit's exception reports such as stale asset pricing and stale inspections and take the necessary action to resolve. Lead ongoing meetings and training to SAMU property management assistants, working towards best practices across all regions. In coordination with Operations Team, create, maintain, and update unit's checklists. Assist in small to medium projects, as needed and some portfolio responsibilities/management.

    Qualifications

    Position Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, General Business, Management, or Real Estate from an accredited university and 2 years financial and real estate experience, OR High School Diploma (or the Equivalent) AND 5 years financial and real estate experience

    + 2 years of experience working with real estate or closely held assets in fiduciary, banking or lending capacities

    + 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
