Job Description

+ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key marketplace sellers.

+ Engage proactively with sellers to understand their needs, provide support, and optimize their performance.

+ Manage product merchandising for high-impact promotional campaigns.

+ Coordinate with marketing teams to execute merchandising programs and identify promotional deals.

+ Oversee key category stores and maintain seller content on Newegg’s platform.

+ Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

+ Analyze internal and external market trends, providing actionable insights.

+ Manage vendor P&L , including MDF and Co-op accounts.

+ Collaborate with the marketing department to improve product visibility and sales conversion rates.

+ Forecast potential sales and coordinate with sellers on a weekly/monthly basis.

+ Stay current with product launches, industry trends, and competitive price points.

+ Develop and implement performance measurement reports.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Merchandising, or a related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience .

+ 3+ years of merchandising experience in IT e-commerce, working with major brand vendors/sellers, for Senior AM, the minimum requirement would be 5+ years.

+ 1+ year of experience managing vendor P&L , including MDF and Co-op accounts, for Senior AM, the minimum requirement would be 3+ years.

+ Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and traditional media .

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.

+ Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Pay Transparency

This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in CITY is $68,640 - $95,000 annually.
