School Counselor

APPOINTMENT:

Full Time, 10-Month, Probationary

LOCATION:

Wilson Elementary School

CERTIFICATION:

New York State School Counselor

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a team.

+ Experience counseling small groups and individuals.

+ Experience with crisis counseling.

+ Experience with management of crisis and behavioral plans.

+ Experience working with children grades PreK through 12, with a focus on elementary school.

+ Approachable, friendly and available.

START DATE:

September 2025 with some summer hours available

SALARY:

$40,000 - $44,000
