Job Description
We're looking for a Staff Development Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you'll assist in coordinating all in-service and orientation training for staff and work closely with supervisory staff in all training needs.

What YOU’LL Do:
+ Coordinate orientation training for new staff and ensure that orientation is completed within sixty (60) days of employment.
+ Track all required training for employees using in-service tracking systems.
+ Evaluate current literature and staff development materials to ensure the agency has access to up to date materials.
+ Provide on the job coaching for direct support staff to assist in the development of needed competencies.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a to 5p

Requirements
What YOU’LL Need:
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferred
+ 2 years experience in quality assurance or staff development
+ 3 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities
+ Certification as an instructor in CPR and/or Behavioral support training.
