• Assistant Account Manager - Marketplace

    Job Description

    + Support Account Managers in managing and growing seller accounts on Newegg Marketplace.

    + Assist with the onboarding process for new sellers, including setting up stores and product listings.

    + Help coordinate promotional campaigns and merchandising activities across categories.

    + Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and operations to support seller needs.

    + Monitor seller performance metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.

    + Conduct basic market research and gather competitor insights to support strategic planning.

    + Ensure accurate and timely updates of seller content and pricing on the platform.

    + Help track marketing funds (e.g., MDF/Co-op) usage under the guidance of senior team members.

    + Maintain strong communication with sellers to address questions and provide timely support.

    + Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketplace initiatives.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in an e-commerce, merchandising, or digital sales support role.

    + Understanding of online retail platforms and marketplace ecosystems is a plus.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

    + Basic analytical skills; able to interpret data and identify trends.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.

     

    Pay Transparency

     

    This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $26 - $32 hourly.
