Title: Workday Administrator – HCM, Recruiting & Staffing Configuration

Key Areas of Responsibility Systems Administration & Support:

+ Must understand Workday HCM, Recruiting and Staffing business processes.

+ Must be knowledgeable of Workday functional configuration for business processes.

+ Must have experience with development of Workday Docs, Offer Letters and Employment Agreement letter attachments in Workday.

+ Must have experience with Candidate processes, Job Posting and recruiting and ready for hire business process resolution.

+ Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity.

+ General understanding of Workday custom reporting is not required, but helpful in this role.

+ Provide end-user support; troubleshoot bugs and issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation and document findings.

+ Maintain documentation of system configuration and business processes.

+ Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of Workday HR and Recruiting Projects

+ Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.

+ Assist with review and implementation of new and changed system functionality to support business processes and requirements.

+ Assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area

+ Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Workday applications.

+ Demonstrated experience managing projects which impacted multiple systems, processes and/or third-party administrators.

+ Knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting and Staffing functionality and data.

+ Understanding of inbound EIB preparation and loading into Workday.

+ Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.

+ Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical.

+ Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
