    We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our Portfolio Business Case Readiness & Intake Strategy & Operation. This individual will be responsible for providing process and cases consultancy to Cross Functional IMSC Portfolio Leaders. Own and lead the effective business development and strategic scoring process for the IMSC business initiative.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, deploy and maintain the IMSC standard process to ensure integration between strategy and case. Enable effective and efficient prioritization, resourcing, and execution by leading readiness for Portfolio Intake via strong case & scoring.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement standard processes for portfolio intake and readiness.

    + Craft the ongoing communications, training, deployment, playbook and RACI updates, and the ongoing standardized intake framework across IMSC.

    + In partnership with the technical process owners from Portfolio, Program and Project Management Process & Capabilities team, own scaled operation and maturity of portfolio, program & project management, including reporting and resource prioritization across the execution portfolio in support of Global Execution.

    + Develop the roadmap and own the development, deployment and maturity of the portfolio intake process, ensuring all incoming initiatives align to strategic goals and quality standards.

    + Develop and maintain intake process documentation, workflows, and guidelines.

    + Implement strategic scoring systems, focusing on Strategic Alignment, Value, Other Benefits Identification, Risk Profile (PTRS), and External Environment.

    + Facilitate collaboration to score potential projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

    + Validate, challenge, and document case assumptions; identify challenges and ensure the quality of information presented.

    + Establish robust quality assurance mechanisms to review and refine cases prior to approval.

    + Liaise with senior leadership, project sponsors, and partners to align on benefits and value; communicate progress, insights, and recommendations related to portfolio readiness.

    + Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration throughout the intake process.

    + Partner with the Process & Capabilities team to provide training and mentorship to team members and partners on standard processes in portfolio readiness and case development.

    + Continuously improve the knowledge base of the team by staying current with industry trends and methodologies.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or IT.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    + A minimum 10 years of experience including deep experience Portfolio, Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Management

    + Strong understanding of strategic scoring systems and risk management frameworks.

    + Shown experience in developing and validating cases and process documentation.

    + Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    + Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

    + Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the global supply chain

    + Strong leadership skills including influencing without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, build a case for change and collaborate with teams to build a strategic vision.

    + Strong communication to build clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally.

    Preferred:

    + Deep understanding of IMSC models and ways of working, systems and tools preferred; experience with portfolio/project management and portfolio decision making.

    + Experience synthesizing large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations..

    Other:

    + Requires up to 15% domestic and/or international travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $120,000-$207,000

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
