Job Description
The program coordinator will be accountable for identifying and implementing, under the direction of the director and in collaboration with the CIE staff and partners, programming for CIE stakeholders. The program coordinator will manage the tactical execution of theventure life cycle modelprogramming. They will ensure that theventure life cycle modelis regularly evaluated, with the CIE director, to ensure relevancy and quality to meet the CIE mission, vision and goals. Additionally, the program coordinator will provide oversight for student staff developed activities and events to ensure consistency from year to year with student graduation and turnover.
Job Duties
Programming Implementation and coordination:
+ Assist in planning, facilitating, designing, and implementation of CIE program.
+ Assist in the development of new programming that meets the needs of the CIE stakeholders.
+ Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement new CIE programming.
+ Attend CIE events, activities, and functions as representative of the CIE , as well as track and report attendance.
+ Assist with managing CIE programming events and activities budget.
+ Provide updates or programming relevancy.
+ Positively engage with stakeholders to ensure excellent service.
Marketing:
+ Maintain CIE website
+ Assist student staff with CIE marketing efforts
Administration:
+ Provide oversight for student staff developed activities and events to ensure consistency from year to year with student graduation and turnover.
+ Office organization and coordination
Reporting:
+ Prepare reports on event and activity attendance
+ Prepare reports on marketing outreach
+ Prepare reports on website traffic
Technology:
+ Work with Student Success Center to ensure programming logistics and technology is prepared for guests
+ Monitor CIE Gathering Space technology to ensure area is ready for guests
