    About the Role:

    This position is perfect for an individual with lots of energy and desire to learn in a very challenging, fast-paced work environment. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of candidate interviews, compiling and analyzing interview data, and maintaining accurate spreadsheets to support the recruitment process.

     

    Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and high analytical and project management skills. Will be using Microsoft Office products and should possess intermediate level skill with Excel and Word. Other Kinetic tools include:Tableau, OFSC, GIS mapping software, CSA Viewer, Field Map, GComm, UQual, EPM, Job Trac, Winbuy, Outsourcing Application, and other internal Kinetic systems.

    What You'll Do:

    + Provide accurate, timely, and concise updates both verbally and in writing.

    + Maintain and update several data lists daily, ensuring organization and accuracy.

    + Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting required timelines.

    + Analyze data and recommend appropriate courses of action.

    + Communicate professionally across all platforms, including emails, phone calls, and video conferences.

    + Collaborate with multiple levels of authority to ensure effective communication and project execution.

    + Conduct structured interviews via our video platform following established guidelines.

    + As necessary - Manage interview rescheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups with Construction Managers to ensure a streamlined interview process.

    + Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets (using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) to track candidate information, interview outcomes, and key recruitment metrics.

    + Generate periodic reports that analyze interview volume, feedback trends, and hiring metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.

    + Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to communicate interview outcomes and report insights.

    + Provide timely updates on recruitment activities and flag any emerging trends or issues that require attention.

    Do You Have:

    + College degree with 0-2 years of professional-level experience, or 4+ years of professional-level related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in all communication forms

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
