Senior Associate Brand Manager

Position Overview:

As a Senior Associate Brand Manager you play a pivotal role in aligning brand strategy with marketing objectives, ensuring the successful execution of consumer promotions and key tactics. You collaborate with internal partners and third-party agencies to develop creative solutions and conduct post-analysis to identify best practices. Your analytical skills allow you to assess the business and competitive environment, making informed recommendations to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals. You lead state-of-the-business tracking and reporting, ensuring effective communication with management and cross-functional teams. Your partnership with finance and product supply supports brand P&L management and production forecasts, while you oversee marketing budget management. You contribute to annual marketing plans to meet volume, share, and business objectives and serve as the brand lead for packaging, labeling, and website maintenance, supporting e-commerce activities. You assist in market research projects, addressing information gaps, and lead marketing projects for product renovations and package updates. Your understanding of medical, regulatory, legal, manufacturing, and retail environments strengthens brand initiatives and builds relationships with key contacts in these areas.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Establish objectives for marketing activities and consumer promotions, ensuring on-time implementation of key tactics;

+ Collaborate with internal partners and third-party agencies on creative development and post-analysis to identify best practices;

+ Analyze the business and competitive environment, using data to make recommendations for better meeting business goals and identifying insights for new business ideas;

+ Lead weekly/monthly state-of-the-business tracking and reporting, managing communication to management and cross-functional teams;

+ Partner with finance and product supply to assist in monthly management of brand P&Ls and production forecasts;

+ Manage the marketing budget;

+ Support the team in developing annual marketing plans to meet volume targets, share targets, and business objectives;

+ Serve as the brand lead for packaging/labeling and website maintenance, providing support for e-commerce activities;

+ Assist in developing market research projects to fill information gaps;

+ Lead marketing projects for product renovations, including channel-specific products and package graphics updates;

+ Gain a strong understanding of medical, regulatory, legal, manufacturing, and retail environments related to brand initiatives;

+ Build relationships with key contacts in these areas.

WHO YOU ARE:

Required Qualifications:

+ BS/BA degree;

+ Action-oriented with a drive for results;

+ Learning and change agility;

+ Ability to plan and align;

+ Collaborative mindset with a customer focus;

+ Ability to build effective teams and cultivate innovation;

+ Strong financial management skills to assess programs/investments vs results;

+ Excellent problem-solving skills;

+ Superior analytical ability with experience in business forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MBA with 2 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment, or BS/BA with 4 years of experience;

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to engage in productive debate;

+ Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders;

+ Strong project management skills, including identifying key milestones and delivering against deadlines.

Employees can expect to be paid a salarybetween $108,688.00 - $163,032.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary rangeis merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
