    The Retirement Intern will support the Human Resources team with administrative and project-based work related to retirement plans and benefits. This internship provides exposure to key HR functions and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee benefits, compliance, and internal support processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with day-to-day tasks related to retirement plans, including data entry, file management, and documentation.

    + Support the team in preparing communications and resources related to employee retirement benefits.

    + Help track and review retirement-related data for accuracy and compliance.

    + Conduct basic research and compile information for internal use or reporting purposes.

    + Participate in ongoing HR and benefits projects, with opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements.

    + Provide general administrative support to the HR retirement team.

    Qualifications:

    + Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 0–2 years of experience; prior internship or relevant coursework is a plus.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well in a team environment.

    + Interest in learning more about retirement plans and employee benefits.
