    Position Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Change Management & Compliance Analyst to support and improve change control processes across technical systems and operations. This role bridges compliance, documentation, and technical workflows—ensuring changes are well-documented, evaluated, and aligned with internal policies and industry regulations.

    Salary Range: $88,000 - $148,000 annually DOE

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Manage the end-to-end technical change management process, including intake, documentation, review, approval, planning, implementation tracking, testing cycles, and closure – including ESU’s, bug fixes, tools & application release updates

    + Ensure changes align with regulatory and internal compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOX, NIST, etc. as applicable)

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Procurement, Equipment Yard, Operations) to evaluate risk, impact, and scope of proposed changes

    + Maintain and audit change logs, records, and documentation to support internal and external audits

    + Help develop and refine change control procedures and tools for continuous improvement

    + Stay current on relevant compliance standards and recommend updates as needed

    Qualifications:

    Professional Experience and Education

     

    + Min 5-7 years of experience in technical change management, compliance, or technical documentation within a regulated or process-driven environment large software release implementation projects

    + Strong understanding of change control methodologies (ITIL, GxP, ISO, etc.)

    + Familiarity with quality systems and audit-readiness (especially in regulated industries like biotech, pharma, or manufacturing)

    + Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills

    + Effective communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + CNC, OMW, UDO, Orchestrator, SQL

    + Security concepts

    + Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Viso, etc.)

    + Microsoft Teams

    + Nice To Have Skills

    + Trello

    + Jira

    + Confluence

    + Reporting & analytical tools like Reports Now, Power BI

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.

    + Ability to work well in a large professional setting. Patience and professionalism are essential.

    + Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.

    Physical and Mental Requirements:

    + Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of sitting/walking and standing.

    + Legs: Must be able to climb stairs - 20% of day.

    + Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use.

    + Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination.

    + Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment.

    + Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio.

    + Lift/Carry: Up to 50lb computer/drawings- minimal.

    + Bending/Twisting: Minimal.

    + Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: Minimal.

    + Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required.

    + Work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments.

    + Use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and problem-solving skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results.

    + Plan and organize work.

    + Strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction related documentation and communicate with coworkers.
