    Pay Range: **$24.91 - $27.53 per hour**

     

    Shift: **3:00 PM - 11:30 PM** (Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday - assigned based on team needs)

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer to find a talented **Manufacturing Operations Specialist** . In this crucial role, you'll ensure smooth operations in the Dispensary / ISO8 area, overseeing kitting, material flow, inventory management, and more. Your work will support core manufacturing functions that impact the health and well-being of millions globally.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Maintain accurate inventories using SAP/MES for all components.

    + Adhere to governing SOPs, WPs, and batch records to ensure Right First-Time performance.

    + Ensure equipment cleaning and maintenance follow SOP requirements.

    + Support the monthly and annual cycle count and contribute to site/team initiatives.

    + Coordinate material receiving, storage, and processing.

    + Ensure GMP and non-GMP LN2 storage locations are accurate.

    + Manage ISO8 area tasks including kitting, staging, and monitoring material usage.

    + Keep the dispensary and ISO8 areas audit-ready and compliant with regulatory standards.

    Role Requirements:

    + 1-3 years of experience in a cGMP/FDA-regulated industry (warehouse experience preferred).

    + High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (assisted).

    + Experience handling chemicals such as solvents, corrosives, and biohazardous materials.

    **Pay Details:** $24.91 to $27.53 per hour
