Position Summary...

We are seeking a dynamic associate to join our new Generative AI Office within the Finance Transformation team. This role is pivotal in accelerating the adoption of AI tools across our finance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the training of associates, discovering new use cases to leverage AI, analyzing the ROI of each use case, and helping associates integrate AI into their daily work.

What you'll do...

+ **Training and Development:** Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate finance associates on the use of generative AI tools. Ensure that all team members are proficient in utilizing these tools to enhance their productivity and efficiency.

+ **Use Case Discovery:** Identify and evaluate new opportunities to leverage generative AI within finance functions. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and develop AI-driven solutions that address specific challenges.

+ **Integration Support:** Assist associates in integrating AI tools into their daily workflows. Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of AI technologies.

+ **AI-Enabled Reporting:** Oversee the development and implementation of AI-enabled reports and dashboards. Ensure that these tools provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of AI initiatives. Communicate the benefits and progress of AI projects to stakeholders at all levels.

+ **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure that all AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges associated with AI adoption.

+ **Continuous Improvement:** Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and finance. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of AI tools and processes.

What you'll bring:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in leading AI initiatives within a finance or corporate environment.

+ Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in finance.

+ Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

+ Demonstrated ability to identify and develop innovative AI use cases.

+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

+ Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices related to AI.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
